Data deletion.

1. Send a deletion request

You can request deletion of personal information processed by Engimed Solutions through its Meta application, WhatsApp integrations and business automation services. You do not need to sign in to this website to submit a request.

Include only the details needed to locate the relevant records:

• Your name and a contact email or WhatsApp number associated with the service.
• The business or company you interacted with, or the connected business account you administer.
• The information you want deleted, such as a conversation, attachment, account details or a particular inquiry or service record.
• Whether you also want the WhatsApp integration disconnected or the service account closed.
• An approximate date or record reference, if you have one.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, one-time codes or unnecessary identity-document details. A company-wide deletion or disconnection request must come from an authorised account administrator.

2. What happens next

1. Locate and verify: we identify the relevant records and, if necessary, verify your identity or your authority over the business account.
2. Confirm responsibility: if a business customer controls the records, we coordinate with that business or direct your request to the responsible team.
3. Delete and disconnect: we delete or anonymise the information we are authorised and required to remove, instruct relevant service providers where applicable, and arrange disconnection if requested.
4. Respond: we confirm the outcome and explain any lawful retention requirement, unresolved identification issue or provider-related limitation.

Requests are handled without undue delay and within any deadline required by applicable law or platform rules. If additional verification or coordination is needed, we explain the next step. Reply to your original email to request an update.

3. Records that may be affected

Depending on the request and our role, deletion may cover contact details, conversation records, uploaded images, documents or voice notes, extracted information, workflow records and account or integration details within the service we operate.

A limited record may need to be retained to meet a legal obligation, protect against fraud or resolve a dispute. We restrict its use to that purpose and explain the exception when applicable. Backup copies are removed through the relevant backup lifecycle and are restricted from ordinary use.

4. Disconnecting a Meta or WhatsApp integration

An authorised administrator can revoke the Engimed Solutions app's access through the relevant Meta business settings or business-integration controls available for the account. You can also email info@engimeds.com and identify the business account to request assistance.

Disconnection prevents future authorised access once the revocation takes effect. It does not automatically delete existing records. State clearly in your email if you want both disconnection and deletion. The exact controls available depend on the account, integration and onboarding method.

5. Information held by other parties

These instructions apply to information handled by Engimed Solutions and the service providers used for the relevant workflow. They do not delete your WhatsApp account, Meta account or messages stored by recipients, or erase records independently retained by a business or third-party provider outside our control.

For those records, use the relevant business's privacy contact or the account and privacy controls supplied by Meta/WhatsApp. We can help identify the appropriate contact for the connected workflow.
